PAN India:
We primarily ship our products via TrackOn & Bluedart courier services. Kindly allow 2 business days for processing before contacting us about your order. After shipment, the average time for delivery is within 5-7 business days. In case we do not have a particular product the delivery timeline could be 7-10 working days.
It is the customer’s responsibility to be available at the given address to receive the products. Products may need to be signed for upon delivery. If at all the customer is unable to be present to sign for their delivery kindly suggest an alternative, such as a family member, friend, neighbor, etc. Devana Stores takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternate person.
Devana Stores is not responsible for damage or misplacement after the products are delivered.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to madnanisimran44@gmail.com on the day of delivery.
Tracking details are provided by Email/WhatsApp when the order is shipped on request. If the customer did not receive the same they can mention the Order Number in their message to sales@deanma.in when requesting the tracking number.
Devana Stores does not offer COD orders.
