We accept online payments through our secure payment gateways.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available; however, additional COD charges will be applicable at checkout.


 

Exchange Policy

We at Devana Stores hope that you love our product as much as we loved making it for you.

However, we’d be happy to exchange any item that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, or undamaged, and intact with the original tags, within 7 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style.

Please Note

• SALE products cannot be exchanged or returned.
• ACCESSORIES cannot be exchanged or returned.

 

Return Policy

We are sorry to inform you that we do not entertain general return requests.

However, in case of a defective product, we will require clear parcel opening videos or pictures to process the request. Approval of such requests will be solely at the seller’s discretion.

If the request is approved, the following steps need to be taken:

2. Share clear videos and pictures of the product
3. Once approved, the customer must arrange and bear the shipping expense to send the parcel back to the following address:

Once we receive the product, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection.
If it passes the inspection, your request will be processed.

The Replacement products will be delivered within 7 working days, after the product is received and approved

Note: An item is eligible for a return or exchange request only once per customer.


 

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only under the conditions mentioned above, specifically in cases of approved defective product claims.

To initiate a refund request, the customer must:

• Provide clear parcel opening videos or pictures
• Receive approval from Devana Stores
• Ship the product back after approval

Once the returned product passes the quality inspection, the refund will be processed within 2 working days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or a suitable alternative method decided by Devana Stores.


 

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours of placing the order.

However, you can request changes to the following details:

• Size
• Delivery Address
• Phone Number

“Order Number + Revised Information”

We will facilitate the change if the order has not yet been shipped.


 

Others

For any legal concerns, we will only entertain matters that fall under Gandhidhamjurisdiction.
